Review: Revive Collagen

Review – Gifted¦ My husband and I recently turned 30. I know I should probably have been using anti-aging products for a few years now, but this milestone has made me start taking it a lot seriously. My husband has also been taking better care of himself the last couple of years, overhauling his diet and working out with a personal trainer. Even so, the earliest signs of aging are creeping up on us already with slight wrinkles starting to appear. This is due to collagen levels beginning to deplete as we get older. As such, the skin loses its elasticity. After reading some great reviews, we were interested to see how Revive Collagen might be able to help in a variety of ways.

What is Revive Collagen?

Revive Collagen is a liquid marine collagen drink supplement. The unique formula, developed alongside some top UK laboratories, boosts the production of production of collagen and hyaluronic acid within the body. It also contains aloe vera. This helps to combat dry skin.

Revive Collagen box and sachets

What we thought

Upon Arrival

When the Revive Collagen arrived, we were impressed by the classy packaging. The colour palette works well for the brand and looks expensive. The sachets are the perfect size for slipping into a handbag or suitcase for drinking on the go.

According to the box, it isn’t suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. As I’m still breastfeeding our 1 year old son, that was me out of the equation. Putting our 28 sachets to the test was a job for my husband, Dave.

Flavour

Dave tried to drink it straight from the packet, but said it was horrible. It was a lot more tolerable when mixed with water and has a citrus flavour.

Results of Use

It has only been 28 days, but there have been a couple of changes. My husband’s skin feels more supple and softer to the touch. He has also noticed that his nails have seemed to grow faster and feel stronger.

Cost

Having had a look at the reviews online, other people have noticed they’ve had better complexion and less fine lines, higher energy levels and better digestive health. Revive Collagen is fairly pricey, but so are all collagen products and people do seem to really benefit from using it.

A one-time purchase of 14 sachets is £33.99, but there are also subscription options that allow you to save more. For example a 28 day supply is £55.99. Delivery is free and this saves you £12 each time!

If you are looking for something different to improve your skin and overall health, Revive Collagen seems to be well worth a try! I’m intrigued by the fact there were changes within only 28 days and wonder what would happen in the longer term.

Disclosure: I received the aforementioned product in exchange for this review. As always, opinions are honest and our own.
