Finding an outfit for an occasion is often quite a task, even when it comes to children’s clothing. I spend ages trawling the internet and the local shopping centre until I find the right outfit. Somewhere you may not heard of before is Roco Clothing. They have beautiful clothes for girls and boys which are perfect for any event on your social calendar. We were recently sent a gorgeous dress and shoes for Autumn – here’s what we thought: View Post
Tomorrow, (21st September) is Jeans for Genes Day. People in schools and workplaces all over the country will be wearing jeans to raise money for Genetic Disorders UK. This charity supports individuals and families effected by genetic disorders and helps to save lives! Jeans are a staple of almost everyone’s wardrobes and Jacamo has every style of jeans a man could hope for. So what cut of jeans suits you best? View Post
There’s something refreshing about autumn’s arrival. After this wonderfully hot summer, it feels good to finally be bringing some fine knits out of the wardrobe and getting cosy under a blanket at night. One of my favourite things is seeing the different clothing going into the shops, especially the autumnal colours. Since becoming a mum, I enjoy window shopping for Autumn even more than for myself. Miniature outfits are just so cute! Here is my round up of the loveliest clothes for baby and toddler girls this season: View Post
I love fashion, but am notoriously picky when it comes to accessories. If my mum wants to buy me a handbag for Christmas, for instance, she’ll ask me to send her a list of ones I do like. It’s a similar story when it comes to jewellery. When an email arrived in my inbox from Muru jewellery I went to have a peek at their site, sceptical about whether there were many pieces I would like. So, what was my verdict? View Post
As wonderful as motherhood is, a lot does change and that takes some adjusting to! I often find myself putting on the same combinations of jeans and t-shirts or jumpers each day. Once I’ve finished work, I slap on some concealer and foundation, quickly put a brush through my hair and rush off to collect Autumn from her childminder. With all the additional things to do in my daily life, I’ve definitely not taken care of myself as much. I’ve been meaning to paint my nails for weeks now, but they’re still bare. Does this sound like you?
It’s so important as mums to give ourselves a bit of self care, in whatever form that comes. This post is about 3 things I do to feel a bit more like “myself” in 15 minutes and hopefully it will inspire you too! After all, surely 15 minutes is achievable every once in a while? View Post
