Beat That!: The family game you need this Christmas!

Review¦ Whether I’m gathering with friends or family at Christmas, we all enjoy playing a good board game! Now, Beat That! is a little different. Whilst it doesn’t have a board, you do need a large flat space like a dining table. You also need to prepare to make a fool of yourself and laugh a lot while doing all sorts of odd challenges! It’s advertised as 11+ but you could easily modify it so that younger children can play. Our 3 year old loved having a go at some of the challenges.

A Christmas shopping trip to TK Maxx, Oxford Street

Collaborative Post¦ Now that November is here, Christmas is just around the corner. With that in mind, it is time to get some serious Christmas gift shopping done! It’s always difficult to get the balance right with young children. I worry if I’ve bought too little or if I’ve spent too much. Furthermore, I’m always looking for something that’s a little bit different. A trip to TK Maxx in Oxford Street, London was just what I needed to get my Christmas shopping for my 3 year old off to a great start!
