When I was pregnant with Autumn I researched everything I could think of that I might need to know about parenting. Once she was born, it turned out there was a LOT I hadn’t thought of! However, one thing I had looked into a great deal was car seats. I’d read a lot about the benefits of extended rear-facing and was determined to keep her in a rear-facing car seat for at long as possible. 9 highlights of our summer holiday at Bluestone
Our recent holiday to Bluestone, Wales was one of our most favourite holidays yet! It was our second as a family and we made so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. It was a long drive from where we live in Kent, especially with a teething toddler. However, it was more than worth it. Here are some of my highlights:
Review: Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo
During our recent holiday to Pembrokeshire, we visited Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo near Tenby. We’d passed it several times on previous holidays and always been intrigued. However, when we visited with our toddler it managed to surpass our expectations! I didn’t realise just how much was there and how many animals they had.
Bluestone, Wales – The perfect family summer holiday
Booking a holiday is always fun, I love the whole planning process and making an itinerary. We visited Bluestone in Pembrokeshire, Wales shortly before Christmas. However, we were invited back there last week and I was looking forward to seeing how much it differed in the summer! Our family loves a good staycation and there’s certainly no reason why you can’t have a great holiday in the UK.
Growing healthy little feet with Dotty Fish
We all want to do the best for our children. I remember my parents being careful what shoes they bought me when I was growing up, as they knew the importance of looking after children’s feet carefully as they grow. This is something I’ve continued with Autumn, making sure that I have her feet measured regularly. However, I have recently learned about soft soled shoes and the effect they have on the health of baby’s feet.
