Being a Mum is a hard job, whether you stay at home or go to work. Regardless of how many children you have, there are so many plates to keep spinning. This, of course, is all while responding to the constant calls of “Mummy!” If I’m not washing, I’m making food. If I’m not making food, I’m stopping my little stuntwoman from doing something dangerous! There is just always so much to do. As such, if you’re anything like me, self-care often falls to the wayside. Therefore, myself and some other UK bloggers have teamed up to give you the chance to win a fantastic bundle of goodies this Mother’s Day which is worth £200. From prizes such as a beautifully versatile silk wrap, to a puzzle and beauty treats, they have been carefully put together. Hopefully, these will help to give you the “me-time” and pampering that you deserve!

The Jingle All The Way Christmas Tag
Every now and then, I partake in blogger’s tags. These are fun little questionnaires that get spread amongst the blogging community. They help us to find out more about each other – and give our readers a little insight into things about us as well! With December just around the corner, I was invited to take part in the Jingle All The Way Christmas tag! This was really fun and definitely got me feeling festive 🙂
Thank you to Mum’s the Nerd for tagging me. You can see her post here:
BlogOn Toys: September 2019
If you’re part of the blogging community, it’s likely that you’ve heard of BlogOn. This conference is usually held twice a year in Manchester for bloggers to meet each other as well as brands, learn and have lots of fun! That said, there won’t be one next May and this September’s was held down south for the first time! I have to say, I enjoyed not having to haul myself up to Manchester, as Bracknell is only an hour and a half away from me. This was just as well, as I had to get ready for Autumn’s 3rd birthday the following day! This BlogOn was my 5th one. As usual, I had so much fun and the day went far too quickly!
Watch Out For These Common Issues When Running A Blog

Collaborative Post¦ Over the last decade or so, more and more people have discovered that running a blog is an amazing way to both spend your time and potentially earn a living while still being able to stay in control of your life. After all, you get to work from home, you have a great deal of freedom and flexibility in terms of when you work, and you get to earn a living writing about things that you’re really passionate about. Of course, as with just about anything that allows you to earn a living, it’s certainly not always easy. The truth is that that there are plenty of challenges involved in running a blog that you need to be ready to face. Here are just a few of them.
I’m bringing turkey back: A weekend at BlogOn Toys
Almost three weeks ago, I went to BlogOn blogging conference in Manchester for the third time. BlogOn Xmas was my first conference in September last year and I loved every moment of it. I wore a turkey hat and by popular demand, I was asked to bring it back again this year! My experience at BlogOn X in May wasn’t as as it should have been as I felt unwell and missed a lot of it, but I was back on form for BlogOn Toys this September and raring to go! I just didn’t bargain on a visit to A&E at Salford Royal Hospital until the early hours of the morning.
