How To Find A Dentist Online

Collaborative Post¦ Unlike when searching for a doctor, when you want to find a new dentist, you won’t (necessarily) be restricted to a specific location or catchment area. Instead, you are free to choose who you want to go to, assuming you are using a private dentist, of course. This fact can have several benefits, including the fact that you can search out a dentist with a specific specialty who may be able to help you more than another dentist would. You can also look at location, pricing, and qualifications ahead of time and be sure that you’re happy with the choice you’ve made.

The only issue is that there are thousands of dentists to choose from, and this can feel rather overwhelming. You certainly aren’t going to want to go and visit each individual clinic to see which one is best. So what are your options? The best thing you can do is to use the internet to find your ideal dentist; here are some ways to do this in the right way.

However, for some people it’s not an option to have a wisdom tooth out during pregnancy. Indeed, dentists often prefer to wait until after your baby is born. As such, that leaves you with a lot of pain in the meantime. Here are some things you can do to help relieve it.

Is vegan pregnancy a healthy option?

Guest Post By Louise Palmer Masterton, Stem & Glory¦ Having experienced first-hand advice from family and so-called ‘experts’ on the subject of veganism, I found that throw vegan pregnancy into the mix, and suddenly it becomes about moral choices. Veganism is ok it seems when it’s our own choice, but can be questioned when we’re dealing with an unborn child. The idea that we’re omnivorous and therefore a vegan diet cannot be safe in pregnancy is a fairly widely held view.

Personally, my experience with being vegan during pregnancy is that it was completely normal. I had no morning sickness, no cravings, no complications, no deficiencies and delivered both my children safely at home. For both pregnancies, I did take a pregnancy multivitamin, and the recommended folic acid. I said to myself when I first became pregnant that if I craved something in pregnancy, then I would eat it. Fortunately, I didn’t have any cravings.

Writing this article got me wondering if my experience was an isolated one, or if in fact many vegan women experience completely problem free pregnancies like I did.

I spoke to seven women who had been vegan through pregnancy (sometimes multiple pregnancies), and here is what they told me:
