Review (Gifted)¦ It’s always extra special to receive a gift that has been personalised just for you. Recently, Printster sent me some gorgeous items to review. With my mum’s birthday approaching at the beginning of August, I chose some wrapping paper for her. I also chose a photo mug and some socks with my cat’s face on them! Let’s take a look at them and see what I thought.
Wrapping Paper
There was a variety of different wrapping papers available. My selection was a bright design perfect for a summer birthday. I opted to have one with both my children’s faces on and had it personalised with ‘Nanny’. It arrived well packaged in a cardboard tube. The print was good and I was really impressed with the quality of the paper.
There was a lot on the roll too – I had more than enough for my mum’s presents! It went down well. My mum absolutely loved it and has kept a piece.
Pet Face Socks
I always reach for the more interesting looking socks in my drawer. I love cute, colourful, patterned socks best. So what could be better than some socks with my cat’s face on them? There was a good choice of colours, so it was a tough decision. I decided on purple and sent across a photo of my cat. It didn’t work as well as it would have done on most cats, as the cropping lost her mane. However it’s still definitely her and I’m still pleased with the result. The socks are really comfortable and it’s nice knowing that I kind of have Maisie with me wherever I go!
Photo Mug
Last, but not least, I chose a mug with spaces for 10 photos. I wanted to get nostalgic and go for pictures of both my children as young babies. That way, I can look at all the cuteness while I enjoy a hot chocolate! It’s hard to imagine in the summer, but come the winter that’ll make me feel extra happy and cosy.
