Review (Gifted)¦ Last minute Mother’s Day shopping? ARRAN Sense of Scotland could be just the place for you to look. With luxurious products from, and inspired by, the beautiful Isle of Arran, she’ll be able to close her eyes and feel the pressures of the world melt away. Their products are cruelty free, they use natural ingredients and are actively trying to reduce their carbon footprint. These are the kind of ethics I love to see behind a company. As such, I was happy to try out some of their gift range for women and share my thoughts with you.
Here are the goodies ARRAN kindly sent me:
So, let’s take a closer look at what was inside the box.
This simple but beautiful diffuser would fit in in any room in the home. It smells lovely and fresh, with a warmth from the geranium.
This hydrating hand cream has a delicate smell, which is pretty and not too overpowering. It feels lovely (not at all greasy) and is very hydrating for the skin. Therefore, it’s perfect for all the hand washing we’re currently doing! It helps to reduce ageing and its active plant ingredients help to hydrate skin for up to 72 hours.
This soap has such a refreshing smell, thanks to the citrus of the grapefruit! It lathers up nicely and leaves your hands feeling squeaky clean, while the shea butter helps to moisturise.
I do love a rollerball fragrance. They’re so convenient for carrying around in your handbag and reapplying during the day. The lime, rose and sandalwood fragrance is gorgeous. If I close my eyes when I smell it, I can absolutely imagine myself exploring the beautiful Isle of Arran just after a late spring rainstorm.
Again, this smells lovely and lathers up well. My husband likes the smell of it so much, that he has also used it in the shower. It is quite a gender neutral smell, definitely not just for women!
The shea butter and beeswax in this lotion feel very nourishing. It simply glides across the skin as you apply it! It’s perfect for giving your skin some TLC after a refreshing shower. I love the stylish light olive green colour of the tube, as well as the faux wooden cap.
This is great if you want a little gift or travel set. It’s also a good option if you don’t want to commit to the full sizes of products! Containing the bath and shower gel and body lotion, as well as shampoo and a soap bar, you’re bound to smell glorious and feel relaxed.
Nature is such an important part of our wellbeing. It feels wonderful to use products that so clearly feature and are inspired by nature. Life is so busy for modern mums, that it’s important we get these little moments to spoil ourselves with products like this.
Express delivery (next working day) is available, so there should still be time to order in time for Mother’s Day!
Disclosure: I received the aforementioned products in exchange for this review. As always, all thoughts and opinions are honest and my own.
