Gifted¦ Keep waking up with a bad neck and a headache? Those are usually the first tell-tale signs that you need a new pillow. Life is too demanding to not get a decent sleep and good pillows are crucial. My husband had recently been suffering with a painful neck throughout the day as his pillow was no longer supportive enough. However, with impeccable timing, You Comfort kindly sent us pillows from their range to review.

Orthopaedic Pillow
The You Comfort orthopaedic pillow is the top one in the above photo. As you can see, it’s thicker than the other two. This pillow is designed to give your spine fantastic support. While comfortable, it’s firm and has specially designed contours to support your head and neck, keeping your spine correctly aligned.
My husband has been testing out this pillow and is now sleeping much better. Thankfully, he is no longer waking up with an achy neck. As he has a large head that squashes traditional pillows quite quickly, he doesn’t get the support he needs from them. Therefore, this pillow is perfect for him.
I was pleased to notice that this pillow is non-allergenic and machine washable at 40 degrees, although I haven’t needed to wash it yet.
Hotel Pillows
Meanwhile, I’ve been putting the hotel quality pillows to the test. They come in a pack of two – very handy for setting up a bed, or if you like to sleep on two pillows. They’re incredibly comfortable – the perfect amount of soft and firm for me. My previous pillow was starting to lose its support, so I’m sleeping better too. These hotel pillows have a specially constructed polyester filling to keep their plushness and support for longer than standard pillows, so hopefully they’ll remain comfortable for a long time.
These pillows are also non-allergenic and washable at 40 degrees, so a great choice for any home.
You Comfort
I have to admit, I had never heard of You Comfort before. However, they have been building their reputation into a trusted name in home furnishings over the last 30 years. Bringing style and comfort to UK homes, they started with a vision to balance quality craftmanship with affordable pricing. If these pillows are anything to go by, they are very much still keeping that in mind as they are excellent quality and very reasonably priced.
You Comfort aim to provide their customers with style, comfort and reliability and offer a large range of home textiles to create the perfect spaces to relax in your home. Complementing their pillows, they offer standard and waterproof pillow protectors to make pillows last longer. Their product lines also include hollowfibre and duck feather cushions, quilted mattress protectors, microfibre cloths and tea towels.
While I hadn’t previously heard of them, from my experience of using You Comfort’s pillows over the last few weeks I will certainly be keeping them at the top of my list the next time I need to buy home textiles.
