I’ve recently started blogging about weddings. It’s almost my 2nd wedding anniversary and I really do miss the excitement of wedding planning! As such, this is my way of reliving it. Today’s post is a guest post from mumpreneur Claire who has a small business, planning weddings in Central Park. Central Park looks like a great venue for a wedding. I’ve seen it on TV in movies such as When Harry Met Sally, Elf and Home Alone 2. It’s beautiful and if I’d gone to the US to get married, it definitely would have been my choice over Las Vegas.

I love hearing about different wedding themes, so when Roberta Sabbatini offered to write a guest post for my blog, I was excited about the ideas she had to offer. I loved the sound of a cherry themed wedding and it sounds like these venues and the chefs are wonderful! My mind immediately conjured up an image of the sweet smell of cherries in the Italian sun. I actually chose my dress before I decided on a venue, but in some cases you may wish to pick your venue first in case you have a theme or become inspired to have one that links into it.
