When I visited Bluewater a couple of weeks ago, I went to buy some of my usual makeup products that I was running low on. While I was browsing, a sheet mask caught my eye. It’s a hydrating mask, which I thought could possibly help my dry skin. My skin has also been very dull of late; one of the things that has changed since I’ve become a mum is that skincare has gone out of the window!
Yesterday evening, after two days of intense spring cleaning, I thought I deserved a treat. I spotted the Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask in my drawer and thought “Why not?” Besides, my skin has been feeling even more lacklustre since we went to London last week. I always feel like all the pollutants have an effect on it! View Post
I love sleep, don’t you? Unfortunately, it’s something that most new parents are lacking in – unless you’re one of the lucky few! As it’s World Sleep Day today, I thought I’d discuss our sleep routine with 6 month old Autumn with you.
Once we got back from the hospital after her operation, we started a sleep routine (she was 6 weeks old then). From what I’ve heard, it doesn’t sound like sleep routines work with all babies and each person/couple has to tailor it to their needs. However, this is what we do: View Post
When you’re pregnant you spend hours looking at baby names with your partner, trying to pick the perfect one for your unborn child. My husband and I were no different; hours were spent searching the internet looking for inspiration. Hearing her name made me flinch; I felt like I wanted to change it to something else…
As my friends keep reminding me, as I have recently turned 25 I am now closer to 30 than I am 20! Quite frankly, this kind of scares me as time seems to have gone so fast since I was 16 and seems to go quicker each year. As such, I felt the need to make a list of things I’d like to do before I turn 30. Hopefully I can achieve quite a few of these, so even if the time goes quickly, I’ll feel like I’ve achieved a lot with it!
I’m very happy and honoured right now, as yesterday I was nominated for the Liebster Award by the lovely Zoe over at LycraWidow! Thank you!
The Liebster Award is given by bloggers to other bloggers who they think are deserving of an award. Then, should they choose to accept the award, the nominated bloggers write a blog post answering 11 questions from the person nominating them, list 11 facts about themselves and list some nominees of their own!
After some happy dancing when I received my nomination, I got myself a packet of mini eggs and sat down to answer Zoe’s questions.
