Last Friday, we went to check out Dinotropolis Adventure Park which opened at Bluewater last month. Autumn loved dinosaurs, so as soon as I heard about it I thought she’d enjoy it. In fact, the night before, we’d had dinner at neighbouring Rosa’s Thai Cafe and she’d been excitedly shouting “DINOSAUR!” at the advert on the wall! As we headed to our booking at 2pm, we were looking forward to some lunch and dinosaur themed fun. View Post
Excitement is mounting about the semi-final of Strictly Come Dancing this weekend. We know who our semi-finalists are, and now we know what dances they’ll do to what music. The competition is close and we can only guess who will be victoriously holding that glitterball trophy on Saturday 15th December. Fortunately, once the final sequinned dress has left the stage at the grand final, the fun can still continue! The Strictly Come Dancing Board Game is a great game to play with all the family over Christmas to relinquish your post-Strictly blues. View Post
My husband and I are currently trying to put aside one evening a week for a date night. Of course, going out every week would be expensive and we wouldn’t want to ask family to look after Autumn that frequently. As such, we usually spend the time at home. Something we really enjoy is playing board games together. Recently, we’ve been asked to review the Pointless board game, which is based on the popular BBC TV show. View Post

Perfectly timed for the summer holidays, this exhibition is a must see for anyone who liked Lego or has an interest in history! Brick History shows pivotal moments in the world’s history through Lego, with great attention to detail. With Lego you can play with too, there is something for all the family!
A family day out has been overdue for ages now. We have been excited about visiting Hever Castle in Kent since the beginning of the year, when we first planned to visit during the Easter school holidays! Whilst it wasn’t quite the warm spring weather we’d hoped for, the rain fortunately stayed away for the duration of our visit. This lent itself to us fully enjoying the Lindt gold bunny hunt as we explored the beautiful gardens surrounding the castle! View Post
